04 · The Rootworking Station
The Station
The station is the bench itself. Roots in dark soil. Horizon still open.
Work here serves peace, protection, and becoming. It does not bind a person against their will. It does not threaten. It does not dress fear as wisdom.
| Place | Use | Law |
|---|---|---|
| The bowl | Water, or a little earth, set before the work. | An offering is given, not extracted. |
| The floor | A wash of water, and salt if the keeper chooses. | Household care. Not a weapon. |
| The name | Ancestors and land addressed aloud, or in silence. | Only names you have the right to speak. |
| The close | Hands dried. Bowl emptied onto soil, not into a fight. | Leave the room kinder than you found it. |
If a working would humiliate, isolate, or override someone, it does not belong on this bench. Lucent surrender is active trust. It is not permission to dominate.
